What we store
Your account details, profile, training and challenge activity, verification evidence you submit, rewards ledger entries, orders you place and the notifications we send you.
Verification evidence
Clips and photos you submit for rep verification are stored in a private bucket, readable only by you and authorised reviewers. They are used to produce a count, a confidence band and a review decision, and to handle disputes.
Who can see your data
Access is enforced at the database level. Other athletes only see what your privacy level allows. Staff reviewers see submissions routed to review, and every review action is written to an immutable audit trail.
Messages we send
You control in-app and email channels per category in your notification preferences. Security, payment and account notices are required and cannot be switched off. Every email carries an unsubscribe link handled by our email provider.
Your controls
You can update your profile, adjust notification channels, request a review of any verification decision, and ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@fitsmash.eu.

FitSmash is operated by SmashGroup. The contracting legal entity is NOTSU OÜ, registered in Estonia.
